Internet trouble with D7000v2
Trying to connect my modem for the first time in a new house, and haven't used it for a while so have forgotten the password and security questions. However I have tried Factory resetting and it doesn't reset the password or security questions. I have also held it down for 30 secs or more with nothing plugged in and disconnecting the power at the same time. Please help!

What tells you that?
How are you accessing the D7000v2?
What messages do you see if you use the browser to go to routerlogin.net, or 192.168.0.1?

Thanks I was able to get it sorted, my provider called and help me setup it up again and I didn't have to login
