Parental controls on indervidual devices on DEVG2020

Hi, I have downloaded Netgear genie onto my computer and phone but am unable to access the parental controls section.

That model is a ISP modem and does not have Genie app support

DarrenM has explained that you cannot do what you want on the DEVG2020.

Your best place to get advice is the ISP that supplied the hardware. They may be able to advise you if you can buy a different modem that will let you  set parental controls.

Alternatively, you may be able to add a router to your network and use that to set parental controls.
