Cant register FVS318N
Hello guys,
I have a problem, when i want to register my new FVS318N i got an error :
"This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."
Can someone help me ?

Are you the original owner of the FVS318N or you bought it second hand from someone?
If ever you are the original owner of the FVS318N, I advise you to open an online / chat case with NETGEAR Support at anytime. Kindly state your concern and upload a .pdf or .doc copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of your FVS318N for verification.

Yes im the original owner but i have that firewall for more than 90 days, so i cant call netgear without premium support.
