Hi Javier_AB,

Welcome to the community! 🙂

I'm not sure if you have already came across with these articles.  However, let me share the articles below as reference guide:

ProSAFE VPN Client: Client to Box Configuration

Configure IPSec VPN Tunnels With the Wizard - read pages 8-15

Take note of the following:

a. Ensure that the local IP address of the PC (where the VPN Client Professional software is installed) is on a different LAN subnet than what is indicated on the LAN subnet of FVS318N. For example, if the existing LAN subnet of the FVS318N is on 192.168.1.x network, then the LAN IP address of the PC where you are using the VPN client Professional software should be on a different LAN subnet such 10.10.10.x or 192.168.9.x network.

b. You might need to disable the anti-virus or software firewall installed on the PC where the ProSAFE VPN Client Professional software is installed.

Re: Ike phase 2 no end

Hi DAneA:

Thanks for your interest
I´ll read this articles. The LAN address where is the FVS is 192.168.100.X and the client was tested at 192.168.1.X (and others). I know it must be a PC problem because others PC´s works fine with the exactly same configuration (W7 32b, W10 32b, W10 64) and "bad PC" was tested at diferent places

... will be continue

Re: Ike phase 2 no end

@Javier_AB,

I just want to follow-up on this.  Since the other PCs are working fine, then its possible that could be within the settings of the "bad PC" you are referring to that is not letting you connect.  Are you the administrator of the "bad PC"?  Also, were you able to read and tried the steps indicated on the articles I've shared to the "bad PC"?

Regards,
