Problem with SSLVPN connection to FVS336G v2 - firmware version 4.3.3-6

Hello,

I'm getting a client-side error of "Error in Connection Parameters! Netgear-SSLVPN-Tunnel Connection Aborted." when  accessing the FVS336GV2 from  both 32 bit internet explorer 8 and explorer 11.

The configuration of the router for SSL connectivity appears to be correct

Hoping that someone can help me with this!

Hi joshdotreynolds,

Welcome to the community! 🙂

Kindly answer the questions below:

a. Were you able to connect via SSL-VPN just fine before?

b. Are there any changes made on the network where the FVS336Gv2 is deployed?

c. What Operating System(s) have you used so far?

d. Have you tried other PC(s) or laptop(s)?

e. What is the current firmware of the FVS336Gv2?

I look forward to your response.

Hi joshdotreynolds,

Can you try to install 64-bit IE11 on the Windows7-32bit PC then check if same problem happens.   Use other PC(s) or laptop(s) if its necessary to isolate the problem.
