Problems with FVS336GV2 and AVAYA 9620L VPN

Hi There,

I'm having problems setting up my avaya 9620L VPN phone with my netgear FVS336GV2. I'm sure i have all the config correct as i have checked it a million times. This thing was working before and for some reason the phone lost all its setting so now the phone is with me. I have 2 different internet connections so the pbx is on one internet the VNP phone on the other. Below is the VPN log from my netgear. any help is appericated.

Also you can see the time is not correct and i'm not able to fix this problem.

Re: Problems with FVS336GV2 and AVAYA 9620L VPN

Hello Bornfree,

Welcome to the community!

I found this one after a short research, maybe this will help. Please click here (it is a different model, but configuration is the same).

Let us know if this will work.

Thanks,

Re: Problems with FVS336GV2 and AVAYA 9620L VPN

Hi John,

Thank you very much for the information. I have read this before but to no avail. What want to know is, what does the log say which I posted eairlier. Doe it mean that the VPN tunnel has created or not? How far in the connection is it going.  Need some ideas as I'm not an expert in IT.

Thanks
