Test VPN server connection fail

Test VPN server connection fail
I can establish connection with insight VPN client , but i cannot browse the LAN of my client.
When I perform a test server connection from the apps or the insight Web Portal, it's fail. Device is not responding as it is not connected to VPN Server.
Any idea ?

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Please check it use the following steps.
1.On webpoartal or insight app,make sure the BR500 is online,and it is added to one instant VPN Groups.
2.Login latest insight instant vpn client,the client will list all accessible groups.
After join the vpn group,you can see all remote network and access remote network.
3.If still have the issue,suggest use the "Diagnosis Tool" on insight vpn client to check network.

At last, the FAI has open the ports correctly so i can ping a server in the LAN behind the router. Ping works fine, but when I start RDP session, or other software I lost the connexion and ping doesn't succeed anymore.
