site to site vpn connected but not passing traffic
I have a site to setup that was working for many months and now is no longer working. The tunnel is currently up but no traffic is being passed at all. I have several of these same firewalls that have no issues at all. Also at the same time this happened the management page from the outside it says connection refused.
Model: FVS318Gv2|ProSafe gigabit 8 port VPN firewall
I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try to upgrade the firmware to its latest version and reset it to factory default afterward. Please re-create the VPN configuration and please let us know if this resolved the issue.
