GC510P Crashing / Rebooting daily after not being able to register on Insight

Hello,

 

For months my network is going down at around 3:00am. Never really looked into it as it happened in the middle of the night and couldn't see immediately which device was causing the issue.

 

I now found out that one of my GC is causing the issue and this is the last log before reboot:

I was not using the insight mobile app anymore due to a renewal issue which is still pending. But there I noticed that the  latest firmware (1.0.5.36)   was pushed by the cloud agent a while ago and ended in error. Since then I'm assuming it is restarting daily.

On the switch portal no error was visible except  "Waiting for Cloud Sign-in" but I thought this was due to the renewal issue (all my GC give the  same Waiting for Clouse Sign-in)

 

After reapplying the firmware it's still doing the same. Insight mobile app now says that the configuration is ongoing  but not sure what does that mean as there is no connection to cloud agent and the GC  is up and running (at least for 24h :-))

 

My other GC are from different model and they all run fine either on 1.0.5.35 or 1.0.5.36.

 

Anyone as an idea? I didn't try to downgrade yet which I will also try.
