GC728X SFP+ Issue - Rebooting Peer Switch (MS510TX here) Does Not Bring Up the 10G Fiber Link
GC728X (Insight managed) v1.0.5.29, Port #28
MS510TX, v6.7.0.42, Port #10
Netgear AXM763 LRM-LC modules (also tried original Cisco and no-names, ...)
Under usual conditions, the fiber link works. However, if warm or cold rebooting the MS510TX, the fiber link is not established, the GC728X memory log is flooded with
dot1sbpdureceive(): discarding the bpdu, since it is an invalid bpdu type
The situation can be temporarely "fixed" by warm reboot of the GC728X.
Discovered and re-tested the hard way after visiting the customer today complainng the MS510TX lost the connection to the network following a partial power failure.

@Iphie_C @IphieChen please make engineering look into this issue. While re-testing other NTGR switches and a current Beta with NTGR QA and engineering we came to the conclusion this is an issue on the GC7xxX.
