How to activate 1 year insight subscription included with the product
I recently purchased a number of Netgear business switches that claim "1 year of Insight subscription included with this product". I have registered all of the products and downloaded the app but I cannot see how to get my free subscription. The app won't let me do anything because I have insufficient credits.

Hi rhpatrick,
Are you logged into the Insight app? You should be enrolled to a trial account, if no premium account is setup yet, or, a Pro account.
The credit/license should be applied automatically, upon adding it to your insight account/app.
If that's not the case, I would suggest to contact support, so they can investigate and get this resolved for you asap.

Yes, I missed that, one has a license, the other should show not insight manageable if it's added to Insight.
The confusing part for new Insight App users is that both devices are Insight discoverable, but the XS724EM (as well as any other Plus or other non-Insight-manageable) will be listed as "Not accessible".
