Unable to start RMA process

Dears,
I'm trying to request replacement of a GS108Tv2 switch under lifetime warranty. Its PD port for PoE power delivery appears to be broken. The switch does not accept PoE power and I need to use the wall plug.
Unfortunately, having tried several browsers throughout the last week, the hardware support request cannot be submitted. I receive the dreaded somethingWentWrong error after trying to submit my report.
Would anybody have any advice?

The 802.3af (or 802.3at, 802.3bt, ...) PSE is able to power other PD using the same port and cable?
