Notification problems since April 1st
Since the start of the month we haven't gotten any alerts about devices offline, we only know they go offline once we get a notification that they're online again. Anyone else seeing this? We've contacted Netgear support but they just "escalate" and then ignore the request and stop responding to all emails.
