FSM7326P stuck in boot loop_case # 25657055

The power LED is flashing yellow showing it is stuck at POST.

When I connect serial cable, I discover it is stuck in a loop, restarting the FSM7326 application.

Each time it says;-

I have tried loading the latest (and earliest!) firmware using option 2 on the utility menu using Xmodem, but still get the same error.

Can anyone help me with this?

Re: FSM7326P stuck in boot loop

Hi Eitbear,

It seems that the FSM7326P is faulty. I have checked that you have already opened a support ticket with Netgear Support.  Just to set your expectation, a copy of the Proof of Purchase is needed for verification to check if the switch is eligible for replacement.  Kindly wait for the response of Netgear Support regarding your support ticket.

Regards,
