GSM7352Sv2 ssh connection stuck after saving changes

I don't know firmware and OS sorry

When I wanted to quit from ssh connection, I replied "yes" to save changes.

I had the successfull message for saving configuation but never get back the prompt:

Now when I try again to connect, The connection is stuck immediatly after entering admin PW and I have no prompt to continue entering commands.

Any idea of how to solve this issue ?

BTW the switch is still running properly and my admin password is recognized (if I enter a wrong pw I have acces denied message)

Unfortunatly, I 'm not close to the switch and I can't try a console connection...maybe next week...
