Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a large network of cameras using M4100-28G-POE-V1H1 which have blown up within 8 months of purchased. I'm only using 16 ports of that switch with lightning protection, spd both ways and ups. nothing else if effected only these switches. 

i would appreciate your feedback by email other means to chat with you is through community.
