Only 100mbps from GS108PEv3 to WAX610Y while 1000mbps is coming from modem
Hi there,
I've saw some threads about this subject but I couldn't find a solution for this:
I have my standard ISP router (Arcadyan Experia Box V10A) connected to a GS108PEv3 and according to the Netgear device management, that port is on 1000mbps. On one of the PoE ports (no other power source), I've connected a WAX610Y and this is only at 100mbps... I've tried different ports, different cables (cat. 5e & cat 6), reboots, resets, but it remains 100mbps.
There are not other connections in the switch than these two mentioned.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

With the GS108PEV3 and WAX610Y are on the current firmware and the issue persists, open a support ticket on https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
Keep us updated here on the subject please.

Re: Only 100mbps from GS108PEv3 to WAX610Y while 1000mbps is coming from modem
UPDATE: I've exchanged the PoE switch for a GS305EPP since I thought the problem might be in the fact that the former switch only had 802.3af as output (there was a notification in the management tool that the AP was in low power mode).
Unfortunately, still 100M at on the cable from the switch to the AP...
Also contacted support about this.
