I cannot update firmware on my Canvas
I received a new Canvas yesterday, model MC327. It is running firmware version 2.3.1_3.0.3. The app tells me to update to version 2.3.2_3.0.3. However, when I apply the firmware, it fails, with a message on the Canvas saying it failed but not giving a reason.
I have it set up to auto-update, but it doesn't get updated.

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having issues updating your Mueral Canvas using your Meural app. Please uninstall your application then reinstall it to ensure the version of your Meural app is current. Then, sign into your Meural app to update your Meural Canvas to the most current firmware.
Please follow the steps listed below to update your Meural Canvas to the latest firmware:
Navigate to my.meural.com
Select your initials on the far right
Select Canvases
Scroll down to Canvas Software Version
Select the arrow on the right of the software version
Select update on the top right

I have done that several times. It tries to load the update, but then I get a message the update failed.
I have done hard resets as well. It still doesn't accept the update.
