Meural Canvas MC227 Screen Going Gray

I have an original Meural Canvas from 2017. Recently the screen has started acting up. I am attaching a picture and a video, but the crux of the problem is that about 2/3 of the screen intermittently goes gray.

Been a few weeks and no support. It's pretty disappointing that these products are failing, and Netgear isn't standing by them at all either by offering repairs, replacement parts, or discounts on replacements. Don't even get me started on how bad the art subscription got following Meural's sale.
