download library

I would like to download the library as it is on my Meural Canvas II, entirely my own photographs, so that I can move the photos onto an sd card.  I have bothered with formatting photographs and editing them for the digital frame, and would like to not do that all over again, if possible.  Is there a way to download the group of photos from the app onto my laptop, phone, or onto an sd card?
