I purchased my MC327BL primarily for displaying my photos using an SD card. Biggest issue I had right now is my Meural did not recognize a new SD card formatted Fat32 with only one folder meural2. I have done 8-10 of these with no problem using same photo naming format. Resetting the frame does not work. I typically rename travel photos by yyyy-mm-dd location (100) etc. Sort by date to get them in chronological order so pictures sequence through them in order. With iPhone now day I have been downloading from iCloud in HEIC then convert to JEPG.
What I have confirmed is all iCloud downloaded pictures are not recognized by Meural on an SD card. There are 3 options to download and option 3-Most Compatible JPEG does not seem to work. Did a 2 week trip using option 3 as thought it would save convertion time. Meural would not load. Option -2 Highest Resolution HEIC does work after converting to JEPG after download.
