Can't manage my subscription

I'm trying to update my Meural subscription.  

 

I've logged into my account, went to settings, then Membership. I click on 'change'.  I get a popup, with an option to 'Change plan'.  But it isn't clickable.  I've tried multiple browsers on multiple machines.  The cursor is just crossed out.

 

I also tried to update my credit card. Settings-> payment method.  Click on Payment (which shows my CC).  It just goes to an info page that says I have a CC.  I can't delete, modify, or update it.  I can only add a new CC. Which is not what I want to do.

Got an email from support with a case number, recommending that I come send an email, or contact support on the website.....to open a ticket.
