Nighthawk Blocking Malicious Sites but What Are They?

Recently got a Netgear router and downloaded Nighthawk as instructed. It tells me often that it's blocked a malicious site, but I don't see any place I can go for it to actually TELL me what those sites are. Is there no way to find this out?

When I click on the Security tile I see no "Threats Blocked", but there is a "Network Security" and when I tap on "See more" it says "6 threats detected & blocked" but I don't see a list of URLs.

I don't have armor anymore but there's a way within the app to see whats blocked. You might have to click on the threats seen

Still not seeing any URLs.

Here's what I'm doing:

1. Launch Nighthawk

2. Tap "Security & Support"

3. Tap "Threats detected and blocked" under "Your network is protected"

4. On the "Threats" page there's a list of "Malicious_host"s found

5. If I click on one of the "Malicious_host"s I get a "Threat Blocked" page

6. I see no URLs. If I click on "Learn More" all it says is "Malicious_host" and "OK"

I would REALLY like to know what this app is blocking!

Is it causing issues?

No, but I still would like to know what websites I've been visiting that Netgear Armor has a problem with.

Armor does NOT show URLs!

When I search Support here and ask how to see the URLs Armor is blocking, it says:

To Unblock Websites in NETGEAR Armor:

  1. Launch the Nighthawk or Orbi app from a mobile device that is connected to your router’s network
  2. Tap Security - The NETGEAR Armor dashboard displays
  3. Tap Threats Blocked - A list of suspicious URLs NETGEAR blocked displays
  4. Tap on the URL that you want to whitelist
  5. Tap Add to Unblocked - A warning displays
  6. Tap OK

This is not true. All I ever get after clicking "Learn More" is "Malicious_host" and "OK".

This is NOT helpful AT ALL!
