Cancelled auto renewal on website and when I installed app? Renewal started without my approval

So, I had the app on my old iPhone 11 Pro. It stopped working (the app) so I uninstalled it and I disabled auto renewal for armor on the website. Mostly because Netgear was trying to charge me for a router that was no longer working and making my life difficult about getting rid of the service.

So no thank you.

I reinstalled the app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I just got an auto renewal notice.

Ah Netgear? No. This isn’t how we do things.
