Having trouble sync my netgear password with my mobile app

I recently updated my RBS50 to the latest firmware - the one which offered adding BitDefender - but I having a proble between my router and my mobile app - I can sign in to my router but using the same password I can't sign into my mobile app so that I can active my BitDefender on my router/

 

My question is how do I activate the offer for the BitDefender?

I got the same issue, after firmware and app update,  my orbi app doesnt login.

Hi @jwhelan70, if the device is on Android, please try clearing the app data and cache then see if you're now able to login to the Orbi app.
