what does it show under armor.netgear . com?
Might take a little bit to go through the server.
Tried logging out of the app and back in?

I have just uninstalled the app and then installed it back to no avail. The subscription shows active under armor.netgear.com
It still shows as expired. Please see the attached photo so you can have a visual of the issue.

Under the armor website is it showing for the correct router?
what does it show if you log in directly through the browser to the router?
Might be something customer service needs to address.

Logging in on the website shows as expired as well.
Do you have the customer support contact? I am not sure if I am going to the right place on the website but I just can't seem to find the chat or phone support.
Everything seems so difficult to find on the website. Please help! I am frustraded.

2 ways.
at the top, click on mynetgear. from there follow the support options with contacting them.
or log into the armor . netgear. com and click on the support options there.
One goes through netgear, the other through bitdefender. Not sure what their hours of operations are on the weekends though.

@plemans @netgear @Bitdefender-OEM
So, I have bought the subscription through the Nighthawk app. The subscription is active on armor.netgear.com but not on my router. The nighthawk app keeps showing it as expired.
Contacted @Bitdefender-OEM and they said the issue is with NetGear. I contacted Netgear and guess, netgear says the issue is with bitdefender, called bitdefender and they said the issue is with Netgear,,,
Conclusion, I payed for a service and don't have it and the responisble ones to help me with it instead of helping me to solve the problem keeps tossing me around from one to the other.
