I activated my Armor subscription but the Nighthawk app still shows it as expired
I have renewed the Armor subscription through the Nighthawk app to my router. It shows active on its page (Armor page) but on the app it still shows as expired. It has been 24 hours now and the status is still the same. What can be done to solve this issue?

what does it show under armor.netgear . com?
Might take a little bit to go through the server.
Tried logging out of the app and back in?

I have just uninstalled the app and then installed it back to no avail. The subscription shows active under armor.netgear.com
It still shows as expired. Please see the attached photo so you can have a visual of the issue.

Under the armor website is it showing for the correct router?
what does it show if you log in directly through the browser to the router?
Might be something customer service needs to address.
