I have had nothing but issue with armor not working from day one
I got my RBK853 about six weeks ago. It came with a year of Armor, but somehow only worked on the trial. Near the end of the trial I started calling support and got no where. At first they insisted I only had a 30 day trial. Eventually they agreed that yes I had a full year. But no luck, still does not work. It has been a month now with it not functioning and they have gotten no where on helping me. Very frustrating. Wish there was a way of getting hold of a senior person to get this fixed.

Sadly you do have to go through support for help with armor/subscription services. The forum is members of the public helping out.
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.
Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription service
