Hi there! I've notice some problems lately trying to connect through the nighthawk app. It said that it could't fing my R7960P even though the router and wifi were working fine. Tried rebootin, reseting everything. After some testes I've found that the problem was Bitdefender's Armor app on my iphone. After disabeling Armor, the nighthawk app was working fine again! Really weird as I thougt they were supposed to work together. Everything was working fine. I've notice these problems after iOS latest update. So, if I want to use the Nighthawk app and control my wifi I must first disable Armor. Also when I have my VPN on the Nighthawk doen't find the routher too. Any ideas? Thanks!
Our engineering team is aware of some issues regarding the Nighthawk app and the R7960P. You may try reverting to the previous firmware version for your router to see if this helps.
