NetGear Armor doesn't install on ios
Any updates on this issue?
I am experiencing the same thing whether installed from the App Store or from any links. Otherwise listed in the Orbi app. Both app and Armor website show only devices outside. The iOS realm is being activated.
Amor App v. 5.0.0 - over 6 months since update
orbi App v. 2.31.0.195 - 4 weeks since update
RBK 863–1 860R, 2 860S
to me, this issue being over 11 months since OP, this is discouraging. I am new to Orbi (system still less than 30 days old). I was hoping a system as expensive as this, would have a more punctual update software engineering team. I’m on the fence as to whether I should keep the RBK 863 system.

This issue has been around for a couple of years now. I have an iPhone and an iPad and NetGear Armor with Bitdefender does not see that Bitdefender is installed on said devices. I can do manual scans but auto scans never happen. My wife has an android phone and Bitdefender works great as it performs scans automatically. I contacted Bitdefender several times and they tell me that a fix is in progress and that it will be installed without any intervention from the user. Well that was over a year ago so I just do manual scans on my iPhone and iPad. I had no problems installing NetGear Armor. You just have to do manual scans.
