I did purchased Nighthawk R700p from Amazon and there is some issue with the purchase for which I raised a request with case number#40668997. Even after 2 weeks I am yet to receive a response.
Do netgear donot offer any support via contact form.
Kindly let me know where do I need to submit Again?

@ChristineT @Christian_R - appears there are problems with the Armor service registration, the marketing links point to a dead end, probably country/region specific...
