Orbi Armor Failed to subscribe is a bit crap really
I have been trying to switch on Armor for weeks now but I can't get further than the dreaded 'failed to subscribe' error. I've contacted BitDefender and they said it's a Netgear issue. Netgear give me no option to raise this through support, so, all in all it's a pretty crap situation. Disappointed in Netgear so I guess I'll need to go purchase a more robust solution with actual support.
