I have an MR60, Which doesn't even pop up on the list of available equipment. I tried using the support page first but apparently it redirects so many times, the security decides it's adware. My issue is that I paid for the armor but the app can't apply it and I can't seem to find any way to even interact with the subscription or put in a ticket.

 

The app shows a contract for armor 1 year but nothing else does and my bank shows the charge. I can't cancel the subscription or use the usual channels to interact at all and to top it all off there's several posts in your support pages and the forum showing similar issues from a year ago with no resolution.

 

Bare in mind, I'm not mad or upset. Just irritated that a simple thing has to be so complicated....
