How to actual get support?

Hello,

 

I have a premium insight subscription to manage 3 GC110(p) routers. I  have some issues with the Insight portal: it appears it has a live of it's own and configurations keep changing while I have no clue why.

 

So I would like some support for the Insight portal but it appears I can only get that if I report an issue on one of the registered switches, which I can't because these are no longer covered... 

 

How can I get support?
