Insight Web Portal - Slow Loading

Getting some of the information loaded in the Insight Web Portal does take a lot of time ... 30 to 60 seconds:

 

From here...

 

 

...Poperties shown about 30 seconds later...

 

 

....System Health does tak about 40 Seconds...

 

 

Or the Wireless clients - starting from the "old" v5.0 type view....

 

 

...to the load of the list is about 35 or 40 seconds....:

    Admitted the fact that the loading of the summary page does take some time the first time, it should improve upon later visits, and we'll also seek optimization on the initial loading.

      Afraid, the slowness is retained after dozens of loads. I'll send you a video. Would be nice if Netgear would seriously look into this as the problem exists - probably specific to my MyNetgear account with some dozen other device registered - as long as the insight Web portal exists.

       

      I would expect that somebody does actively look into it, after my reports were ignored many times before. I'm happy to set-up a TeamViewer session so Netgear can see how bad things are with this environment.

        Does the slow loading happen all the time? When did you start noticing the issue first hand? Is all the screens slow at loading or only the summary screen?
