Cant unlock premium SPC future on RBR50

Can someone at Netgear seriously take a look into this? Its been 2 months since my SPC expired and I can't purchase the subscription because of this issue.

I understand that you are having difficulties with purchasing an SPC premium subscription. 

Please follow the steps below to subscribe to SPC Premium:

To start a subscription for SPC Premium:

1. Launch the Orbi or Nighthawk app.

2. Tap the Parental Controls tile. 
The SPC dashboard displays. 

3. Tap the "Your trial is expiring" banner at the top of your screen.

4. Tap See Pricing.

5. Choose a subscription plan. 

6. Tap Get Started.

7. Fill in the required payment information.

8. Tap Place Your Order.

What error are you seeing when you attempt to subscribe to SPC Premium?

The Terms & Service checkbox/circle is not tickable/tappable/touchable in the Orbi app. Issue is on both IOS and Android.

Since TOS cannot be agreed to, we cannot complete the purchase to buy SPC. Issue happens when trying to purchase Netgear Armor and Pro Support. Trying to purchase anything through the Orbi app does not work due to this issue.
