Orbi RBR750

In my Orbi app version 56 (latest) iOS Firmware V4.6.5.14 RBR750 router and one RBS750 sattelite Parental Control is NOT shown. How can I enable it ? Circle 1st gen app does NOT work either. I am in India

My model is RBR750 (router) , RBS750 (satellite) NOT listed here

My country (India) is NOT listed although Product is listed.

So gist : I am screwed , bought this rounter to control kids internet activity BUT while selling product to me there was NO warning

I have already given up , Netgear positions Orbi RBR750 as Premium product and it does not have parental control feature (for me in India) . NO where it was mentioned while selling it to me.

Older modesl at least worked with Circle app 1st generation that also does NOT work for my model. 

NO update from Netgear about future plans.

I was also mislead, when I bought RBK752, that it included Parental Controls. Now after an year of waiting, there are new firmware versions that support SPC, but only for 14 countries (out of 195 in the world). What is this nonsense? Even if you have law issues with supporting more countries, how then Circle supported more? Or if supporting so many countries in EU, why not all of it?
