Any pointers to deal with Pathetic NETGEAR support.

Hello Forum Members,

I have Ready NAS 314 showing inactive volume. All data stuck.

The PATHETIC NETGEAR SUPPORT, took 2 weeks to register a case and still no response from them after that.

Are there any ways to deal with them?

Or can anyone help me recover my data?

Really tired doing followup with NETGEAR.

Please help if someone can.

@vakubhai

Welcome to the Community!

Apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced with Support.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 Coronavirus we are experiencing unusually high call volume and as a result increased wait times and response times. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

 We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure that the best possible service is provided to our customers.

The issue you are having can be caused by multiple failed drive and will need to have Data recovery. This can be done thru NETGEAR Support or by using a Data recovery App like ReCLAIMe or other softwares recommended by our Community members.

If you can PM me your Case number, I might be able to check and request for a follow up so Support will be able to assist you.

Thank you for your paience.
