Can no longer install apps?

So I went back to my Readynas 516 to see if I could get docker running on it again via the docker cli app that was available, but now it appears app installation has been disabled????   When did this happen?

Rollback to the previous firmware, 6.10.9 I think.

Correct.  Or use ssh.
