RR2304, LAN access disabled when I switch on Ready Cloud
I have been using my NAS as a LAN storage solution and it works really well, I am just about to open a new office so I thought I would use the ready cloud so my employees can access our drive remotely, I swithched on the readycloud app and set it up on a couple of laptops and thast works fine but what that seems to have done is blocked all the other computers taslking to the server via LAN apart from mine?
I know this is probably a basic thing but help needed!

A little more info is needed to diagnose.
Did you create new ReadyCloud accounts for your employees? ReadyCloud accounts are not (and cannot be) the same as local accounts. Are you logging in as "admin"? Even though you are local, are you actually now trying to connect via the ReadyCloud app? Do you get any specific error messages?

I am trying to check these items, at the moment it is saying the device is offline even though I can access the files and folders!

OK, I have this all working, now just need to work out how to connect remotely!
