Ready Cloud desktop app not recognizing email/password combination

Ready Cloud desktop app not recognizing email/password combination
After using the ReadyCloud desktop app for three years, it now is not accepting my email/password combination. No option to reset from the application menu. Anyone have an idea how I can reset the application? Thanks in advance.

You can't, ReadyCloud is dead. Netgear pulled the plug, offering nothing as a substitute and leaving all it's users hanging. They have an announcement still here on the Forum's main page, and had one on the ReadyCloud login page, but didn't consider that most users never have to go to either. Now the login page just re-directs you to the main Netgear page -- not even something there to let you know why.
The forum is full of others asking for and offering at least partial solutions. You can browse and take a look at them.
