Hi,
How can I access to \\ip-of-my-nas\apps ?
I can see only all basic folder (i.e.: Backup/Documents/Music/Pictures/"admin account"/readydrop/Videos)

This syntax is specific to Windows File Explorer.
What you need to do is access the NAS with admin credentials, and then use \\ip-of-my-nas\volumename\.apps
The usual volume name is data. Note the use of .apps, not apps. Apps is a mount point in the OS partition that mounts /volumename/.apps.
