Hello All -
I am trying to tidy up my storage and try to use my ReadyNAS Duo v2 with 2 3TB Western Digital Red hard drives in a more logical way. Two questions:
1. Can I rename the "root" directories, "backup" and "media" to make them more meaningful to me?
2. Can I add further directories at the "root" level?
If so, how?

These are shares, not really "root" folders. You can rename them, or delete them.
