hello,
I cant connect with readynas cloud - it shows device not connected.
and when i try to connect at admin page, it wont accept my password.
so i am stuck badly with readynas....
i tried to re-set with reset button + power button (5 second) but no effect at all.
all lights are running in blue except the backup light.
any help.... where i can start the troubleshooting.
