Trying to find my NAS via the Readycloud services

My ReadyNAS has been functioning fine for a long time on my home network, but I've never been able to discover it via ReadyCloud when I'm on a  network other than my home network. At home, the drive doesn't show up immediately, but if I click 'Manage' I find it easily enough (on different computers, wifi or ethernet cable). Away from home, however, the drive is always marked as off-line, despite the fact that I know it to be online. Any suggestions for how I can go about finding out what the problem is?

Thanks!

Re: Trying to find my NAS via the Readycloud services

Hello HenrikBM,

Please check on the admin page if ReadyCloud is still enabled and if Internet and Services both have green check marks. Also, your ReadyCloud/SSO account should show in the "signed in as" section.

If all these are good, please go to Accounts > Cloud users, check if email and name both have your SSO or ReadyCloud account. Can you please include the firmware version of your NAS too?

Welcome to the community!

Regards,
