Just noticed this problem today. Everything is connected, but on the Nighthawk App, when I select the Device Manager, it says that 'No Device Found' although everything is working.
I checked the routerlogin.net page, and it lists the 20 devices that are connected. Problem seems to be with the iOS Nighthawk App.

Problem was the iOS app. Once that was updated and I downloaded the latest update - then it worked.

Sniff around and you will find many many reports of the same thing.
Lots of different hardware hit.

Re: Device manager on iOS not working ('No Device Found!)
This feature worked initially when I installed the system a few weeks ago. Either a firmware upgrade or an iOS app upgrade has rendered the "connections" invisible. I can no longer see the 10-15-20 devices I have connected via wifi. Annoying.

Re: Device manager on iOS not working ('No Device Found!)
Who knows what your problem is?
You have joined in on an existing conversation that may or may not have anything to do with your problems.
There is also a good chance that the official support team is busily monitoring new conversations and may miss your addition to this one, especially in a Solved discussion.
If you do want help with your problem, check previous stuff that may be related then start your own discussion.
If you do decide to ask a question, you should provide more details and your own version of the information that the forum suggests that you provide. For example, as this is a router, it helps to know what modem you are using and the various things that you have tried to fix the problem.

Re: Device manager on iOS not working ('No Device Found!)
Hi Erikruss,
I would recommend reinstalling the Nighthawk app and rebooting your router.
