Recently install Nighthawk RAX120 router. I have been attempting to login from Edge browser. I did have a successful login from the web browser - but now get "authorization issue" at login - changed pw a few times, but this did not solve the authentication issue - any suggestions?

apologies - i meant to type in "netgear modem"
I have resolved my login issue
I did an admin password change from a web browser - turns out, the web browser login did NOT display pw error - i had entered an alpha only pw - maybe there was a pop up with the error? i usually block pop ups from the browser-so the error could have been a pop up message box
From my iPhone app the login update displays the rules for valid login-so from the web i entered pw according to the rules from iPhone app- and login from web was successful
so could have been a "popup blocker" on situation....
Thanks again for responding

Re: Nighthawk RAX120 - unable to login to router from Edge browser
Did you try a different browser?
Also, when you changed the password, did it meet minimum requirements?
Tried a simple factory reset/reinstall?

Re: Nighthawk RAX120 - unable to login to router from Edge browser
Be sure you clear out all browser caches and any saved password profiles in the browser before going to the routers web page.
Try a different browser.
Factory reset the router and setup from scratch.

Re: Nighthawk RAX120 - unable to login to router from Edge browser
Hi - thanks for responding
I recently solved the issue
When I entered a new pw from the web browser I entered an invalid pw - I suspect that the browser may have responded with a pop up error, but I have pop up blocker- so I mistakenly thought my invalid pw was valid
I discovered the pw rules while using the iPhone app-so i just had to reset the pw to a valid pw
