Ready Share Icons missing from folders after installing Office 365
Have been using Ready Share Vault with no issues (Windows 7) After installing Microsoft Office 365 Home, the folder icons have disappeared but it still shows the folders are being backed up. Anyway of getting the Ready Share Vault icons to return?
Thank you.

Hi @BOBfromNJ,
1. What is the model number and firmware version of your router?
2. What is the ReadySHARE Vault version that you have installed?
3. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the ReadySHARE Vault?

Dexter

Re: Ready Share Icons missing from folders after installing Office 365
Thank for your reply.
1. Model # R7000 (AC1900 Smart WiFi Router) firmware: V1.0.9.6_1.2.19
2.ReadySHARE Vault version: 7.0.1.100
3. I did update to the newest version above.
Although the folders that I have included in the backup are being backed up, there are no longer "icons" on each folder except the "No Backup Zone" which does show the red circle with a line through it. It seems that when Microsoft Office 365 was installed and changed the file extentions for Excel and Word, it somehow removed the ReadySHARE icons from each folder.
Thank you, Bob

Hi @BOBfromNJ,
This is possibly a Windows-caused behavior not interacting the way it used to with the ReadySHARE Vault app.
