1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. What is the app version of Genie (desktop and iOS)?
3. Have you tried resetting the router?

Hello and thanks for your 2 months late reply, upon no one replying to this post, I called your customer support line and no one picked up and the line kept breaking up and disconnecting, so I returned the product and i swore never to buy a netgear agaim simce their forum is in active and their phone support is non existent and their products suck and have bugs right out of the box!
