parental controls not working for WNR612v3

I have an opendns account and i enabled parental controls using NetGear Genie on my router 

WNR612v3  but nothing is getting blocked. I enabled first Custom level its not working then after that i set to moderate level

then also its not working. The firmware version for 

WNR612v3 is V1.0.0.26

1. What are the DNS values indicated on the router UI?

2. Do you have s static DNS setup on your devices?

3. Does the issue persist on all your devices?

4. Have you tried configuring the filtering level on another device (smartphone, another computer)?
