Internet dropping suddenly on XR500
Hello.
I have a problem with my router before and after updating to version 3.0 where the internet suddenly drops for all devices every one in a while. The devices are still connected to the router when it happens but nothing loads at all even though the connection status says Connected in the rotuer dashboard. I found out that in order to get the internet back without restarting the router is to disable QoS which brings the internet back and then re-enable it. I have the logs of when it happened if that would help finding what is causing the problem, the internet drop happened around 1:16:00 to 1:18:00.

Re: Internet dropping suddenly on XR500
I was monitoring the CPU usage for a while and I think that is indeed what is causing the internet drops as when the CPU usage became 100% that is when the internet drop happened. This problem is becoming more frequent and is occuring 3-4 times a day minimum. Is there a possibility that is due to a hardware defect in the router?

Re: Internet dropping suddenly on XR500
I'm experiencing the exact same issue. At first I wasn't sure if the culprit was my XR500 or my ISP modem.
Any ETA on a fix?

Re: Internet dropping suddenly on XR500
thanks for the reply. That was the only issue I experienced with the beta. For the time being I reverted to the previous version, but for some reason the geofilter and QoS pages won't load? The loading circle just keeps spinning infinitely. I tried clearing the cache and rebooting the router, but to no avail. Would there be a way to fix this without resorting to factory resetting?
